Nut batch roaster

This machine is used for drying and baking granular foods. It adopts a rotating cage design, where heat energy is directly applied to the material, resulting in high heat utilization and a strong aroma in the baked products. The rotation direction is for feeding, and the reversing direction is for discharging (manual discharging is possible in case of power failure). It is easy to operate. It is mainly used for processing peanuts, shelled peanuts, almonds, cashews, coca beans, chickpeas, etc. 

Description of a peanut roaster

1. The gas-fired baking machine is made of metal and is a stand-alone baking machine. It has a simple structure and is very easy to operate. The machine uses a rotary reducer as power, and a chain drives a rotating cage to bake the ingredients.

2. Infrared heating is used to bake the material using the heat radiation from the pipe heater.

3. Because the machine is equipped with an automatic temperature controller, the operating temperature can be well controlled.

4. The differences between gas-fired and electric cashew roasters are as follows:

Gas-fired ovens use fuel and are powered by the bubbling of gas, while electric ovens have heat pipes at the bottom that directly release electricity as it passes through. Electric ovens share the same characteristics as gas-fired ovens.

5. This equipment is equipped with an automatic temperature controller and time controller. The operator can adjust the baking temperature and baking time for each batch according to different nuts.
