Soaking: When the water temperature reaches 97-98 degrees Celsius, the elevator sends the peanuts into the soaking machine. The peanuts will be soaked in hot water for 3-5 minutes via conveyor belt.
Peeling: The conveyor belt feeds the soaked peanuts into the hopper of each peeling machine to remove the red skin.
Selection: Remove bad peanuts and peanuts with reddish skins from the conveyor belt.
Drying: Before frying, dry the surface of the peanuts at a low temperature for 30-40 minutes until the moisture content reaches 13%.
Deep-frying: Deep-fry peanuts at 150-160 degrees Celsius for 5-6 minutes. The moisture content of the peanuts should be 13% before frying.
Degreasing: Remove excess oil from the peanuts. Seasoning: Mix salt, pepper, and peanuts.
Cooling: Peanuts should be cooled to 30-40 degrees Celsius before packaging.
