Flowchart of a production line for salted or fried peanuts:
Soaking—Peeling—Sorting—Drying—Frying—Degreasing—Seasoning—Cooling
Brief introduction to salted peanut or fried peanut production line:
Soaking: When the water temperature reaches 90-95 degrees Celsius, the elevator sends the peanuts into the peanut soaking machine. The peanuts will be soaked in hot water for 3-5 minutes via conveyor belt.
Peeling: The conveyor belt feeds the soaked peanuts into the hopper of each peanut peeling machine to remove the red outer skin from the peanut surface.
Selection: Remove bad peanuts and peanuts with reddish skins from the conveyor belt.
Drying: Before frying, dry the surface of the peanuts at a low temperature for 30-40 minutes until the moisture content reaches 13%.
Deep-frying: Then put the peanuts into a peanut oil fryer and fry them at a temperature of 150-160 degrees Celsius for 5-6 minutes. The moisture content of the peanuts should be 13% before frying.
Oil removal: The oil removal machine removes excess oil from peanuts.
Seasoning : Combine salt, pepper, and peanuts in a seasoning blender.
Cooling: Place the peanuts in a belt cooler or cooling cart and cool them to 30-40 degrees Celsius before packaging.
